Preparing for your first appointment

  • Bring your current GP or specialist referral and your child’s Medicare card.
  • Bring any relevant reports, assessments or letters from school, allied health or other clinicians.
  • Jot down your main concerns and any questions beforehand so nothing is missed.
  • Where helpful, bring a list of your child’s current medications.
  • You are welcome to bring a partner, family member or support person.
